Abseiling at Pedra Longa in the Supramonte of Baunei
Description
Take part in an exciting and adventurous excursion to Pedra Longa, in the Baunei area, a 128-metre-high limestone cliff overlooking the sea, a unique natural monument in Ogliastra, in central-eastern Sardinia.
You will descend from the summit via several calibrated rappels that you will tackle with the help of an expert guide, who will adapt the pace to your pace and technique, even if you are a complete beginner.
You will experience an unforgettable morning or afternoon amidst breathtaking views, nature and crystal-clear sea, in a true corner of paradise also known as the starting point of the famous Selvaggio Blu.

IMPORTANTE
- Requisiti: sapere nuotare e non soffrire di condizioni fisiche o psichiche che impediscano o sconsiglino la pratica di questa attività.
- Dopo l'incontro con la guida, si raggiungerà il luogo di inizio dell'escursione attraverso un trekking facile di circa 10 minuti per l'avvicinamento sull'Altopiano.
- L'esperienza è adatta anche ai principianti, ma è richiesta una preparazione fisica moderata.
- Non è possibile partecipare all'esperienza con scarpe aperte, da scoglio o ciabatte. Nel caso non si abbiano delle scarpe chiuse è possibile noleggiarle a pagamento contattando la guida post prenotazione.
