Starting from the archaeological area of Santa Sabina, you will cross an archaeological path that includes a nuraghe, a church, a sacred well and the tombs of the giants, until you reach the site of Sa Menta (including nuraghe and nuragic sacred source), the tomb and nuraghe of Murartu and return to Sa Menta. Along the route you will be involved in the collection of wild and edible herbs such as chicory, borage, thistles and, when possible, asparagus, mushrooms, blackberries that will be cooked and eaten together with sausages and roast cheese with the use of similar nuragic tools (wooden skewers, ceramic tripod, cork containers, bowls). You will also take part in the preparation of "nuragic tastes" and to build the fire, according to the ancient customs. In the nuragic spring and in the sacred well, at the end of the event, there will be simulations of ancestral rites linked to the cult of water. In particular, in the site Sa Menta, will take place the rite of the Ordalia (proof of the innocence or guilt), while in the sacred well of Santa Sabina (Cherchizzu) will be held the rite of S'Abba Muda. A good glass of wine and a treat will conclude the day. To all participants will be left as a souvenir the jar-glass of nuragic style used during the nuragic tasting
