- Departure from Santa Teresa di Gallura and navigation to the island of Santa Maria
- Swim stop of about two hours in Cala Santa Maria
- Navigation to the island of Budelli
- Swim stop at Piscine di Budelli and lunch on board
- Passage in front of Rosa beach
- Navigation to the island of Spargi
- Swim stop of about two hours (possible stop at Cala Soraya, Cala Granara, Cala Conneri or Cala Corsara)
- Return to Santa Teresa di Gallura
