The Baronia is an area rich in history, gastronomic culture and ancient craft traditions. In north eastern Sardinia, in the territory of Siniscola and in the numerous small villages nestled among the green hills and limestone mountains of Montalbo and Tuttavista, you can experience all this. You will explore some of the most beautiful and unknown corners of the region, visiting places like the archaeological site of the Nuraghe San Pietro and several local artisan workshops in the areas of Siniscola, Posada and Torpè. During the tour you will taste the local delicacies of the Sardinian pastry during a visit to a traditional carasau bread bakery in Siniscola and then a dessert made with Pompia di Siniscola, a unique variety of citrus fruits that grows only in this area. All washed down with Sardinian wines in a local family-run winery, in the picturesque countryside setting!
