PRODUCTS

Only indigenous local varieties are cultivated, such as the Vernaccia di Oristano grape variety, symbol of the province of Oristano, olive trees and vegetables typical of the territory.
All products are free of artificial flavors, chemical preservatives, flours or thickeners with unique use of high intrinsic quality of the original products, care and attention in the process of cultivation and processing.
Vernaccia and Nieddera are two Sardinian wine excellences, symbols of the province of Oristano, autochthonous and very different from each other but united by an ancient tradition.

COMPANY

The farm is also an educational farm where you will visit the cellar and the food laboratory, where the history and traditions of the place will be explained.
With courage and stubbornness this family-run company has defended, enhanced and developed the potential of a territory of great importance since ancient times, because point of passage between the Campidano di Oristano and Montiferru, intense crossroads since Roman times.

TASTING

The tasting includes the wines Tzinnigas Valle del Tirso IGT Bianco and Zenti Arrubia Nieddera Rosato IGT Valle del Tirso; vegetable productions such as green olives crushed and pitted in extra virgin olive oil in combination with the aromatic Thai rice of Risoristano.
