Always considered the noble wine of Sardinia and used in all the most important occasions, it has the following sensory characteristics: yellow, golden, amber color; delicate alcoholic aroma, with hints of almond blossom; fine, subtle flavor, warm, with a light and pleasant aftertaste of bitter almonds
