You will take part in a guided tour that will be a real journey through the history and secrets of Sardinian sheep and goats. You will see the different production phases: analyses on milk, different recipes, salting, maturing and finally preparation, packaging and shipping. In addition, a gastronomic tour awaits you in the tasting room with some of the most famous cheeses, accompanied by a wine from the best wineries in Sardinia. But the experience does not end here! You will be involved in an artisan cheese-making laboratory, with the possibility of creating your own cheese and eventually tasting it.
