In Dolianova, near Cagliari, you will take part in a guided tour which will be a real journey through the history and secrets of Sardinian pecorino and goat cheese. You will see the different production phases: the analysis on milk, the different recipes, salting in the brine tanks, seasoning and finally preparation, packaging and shipping. In addition, a food tour awaits you in the tasting room based on some of our most famous cheeses, accompanied by a wine from the best wineries in Sardinia. But the experience does not end here! You will be involved in an artisan cheese-making laboratory, with the possibility of creating your own cheese and eventually tasting it.
