You will see the different production phases: analyses on milk, different recipes, salting, maturing and finally preparation, packaging and shipping. In addition, a gastronomic tour awaits you in the tasting room with some of the most famous cheeses, accompanied by a wine from the best wineries in Sardinia. But the experience does not end here! You will be involved in an artisan cheese-making laboratory, with the possibility of creating your own cheese and eventually tasting it.

The cheesemaking workshop, run by experts, consists in the preparation of the cheese in an artisanal way, with the possibility of creating your own cheese and tasting it or taking it with you. An educational and experiential experience that will allow you to discover the secrets of cheese making and its process step by step, from the coagulation of the milk, to the forming and salting.
