The excursion is reserved for people over 15 and can also be done by those who have no previous experience
The exercises will last about 50 minutes
- Morning: from 8.00 to 10.00
- Evening: from 7.00pm to 9.00pm
PILATES ON THE SUP
The Pilates combined with the SUP is the transposition of the Pilates exercises performed on the Stand Up Paddle which adds to everything concerning the discipline the floatation of the table with its slight instability that amplifies the benefit of the training and gives a feeling of relaxation and well-being that only water can give.
