Stay in Alghero with dinner and traditional cooking workshop
Description
With this stay near Alghero, you can live two days or more in the green countryside, relaxing and away from the traffic of the city. You will have the opportunity to get up close to the culinary traditions of northern Sardinia with a handyman host, Irene, with whom you will prepare fresh pasta (ravioli, malloreddus and tagliatelle), and learn how to make a good sauce with simple ingredients. Not only salty, but also sweet, with the preparation of the typical dessert of the sardinian tradition: the famous seadas. Some delights to try to really understand the goodness! Between one preparation and the other, you will be offered a small aperitif. You will listen to curiosity about the food of Sardinia, you can taste the wines of the small local cellar and, finally, taste the result of your work. The stay takes place on a farm ideal for families, where you will have your own independent apartment, and, among the animals as sociable dogs and docile horses, you will have breakfast in a beautiful scenery. The extra tip? A few kilometers away, you can visit Alghero and discover its magnificent beaches reachable in just 15 minutes by car. Experience the real Sardinia!

STRUCTURE
The structure is on one floor and consists of: living room with fireplace; kitchen; double bedroom with loft with other 2 beds, bathroom with bathtub; double bedroom with private bathroom. Internal veranda with living room and dining area. Externally a beautiful pergola equipped with table and chairs. Each accommodation is independent of the other: ideal for groups of friends who can live the holiday together respecting their privacy. 8 km from the airport and Alghero. 4 km from the village of Olmedo, where you can find supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, pizzerias. The peripheral position favors smooth movements avoiding the traffic leaving the city, especially in high season. It’s essential to have a car.
