Two days stay on the farm in Dorgali between cheese production and animal care
Description
Come and live with us two days marked by the natural daily rhythm of a farm in Dorgali among the farm animals in a natural environment with an ancient flavor. In the territory of Dorgali, in the heart of Sardinia, you will begin this experience with milking: accompanied by the farmer, you can participate in this daily ritual in the company of animals. The evening will pass between unexpected meetings of the inhabitants of the farm and dinner with local products at km 0. The next morning, the wake-up call on the farm will have the sound of cockcrowing and breakfast will be made with fresh milk, bread and homemade cakes, ricotta, honey, salami and cold cuts, all produced on site! Full of energy, you will dedicate yourself, together with the farmer, to sheep, cows, donkeys, chickens, pigs. Another daily ritual that you will take care of will be the production of cheese: you will witness this magic and you can taste the fresh cheese just produced in a snack produced and consumed at km 0. Smells, unforgettable sounds and flavors in this experience in close contact with nature!

THE STRUCTURE
To welcome you with joy agripaules will be the family Useli Bacchitta of Dorgali.
You will find a quiet place where you can relax, stay in the middle of nature and enjoy typical products and homemade dishes.
Agripaules is located in a central position to explore and learn about the beauty of the Sardinian land. The Supramonte is near, majestic and mysterious, with the woods still intact, canyons, sinkholes and deep gorges but also sunny plains and landscapes as far as the eye can see. Archaeological sites of great importance dating back to the Nuragic Age will be able to intrigue and enchant you.
There is an outdoor area under the olive trees where you can eat during the summer enjoying the landscape at sunset and a cozy indoor room heated in the winter evenings.
The rooms respect the philosophy of Agripaules and are covered in natural wood and furnished with environmentally friendly materials ensuring maximum well-being during your holiday

MEALS
- Dinner on a farm: the menu varies with the seasons and consists of typical Dorgali dishes produced exclusively on site, from appetizers, homemade pasta such as ravioli dorgalesi sauce, from stewed meat and roast cheese and desserts
- Breakfast at the farm: milk, bread and homemade cakes, ricotta, honey, cold cuts and cold cuts
- Snack on site: fresh cheese and other seasonal products
There will be alternative proposals to be agreed for intolerant to food that will be indicated at the time of booking.
All meals consist of local and made on-site food and related to the season.
A curiosity: the symbol that identifies this authentic farm is "the braid" that has been produced for decades according to an ancient recipe and giving this fresh cheese a form of braid that makes it recognizable and unique
