It was an amazing experience to prepare Culurgiones with Damiano. He is really professional, pleasant and also very patient when he was teaching us. I would recommend anyone this cooking class :)

I booked this experience with my partner while we were visiting Sardinia and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We were welcomed in the farm by Stefania and Vincenzo. They made us feel like we were long time friends. They went through all the milk processing they do everyday and we also had an amazing workshop on cheese making. They were super helpful and patient answering all the questions we had to ask. They also prepared a feast for us with cheese, wine, bread, olives and lamb meat. Al

Vi var de eneste hele aftenen og havde regnet med et hyggeligt autentisk sted, men det var et lidt trist sted, både ude og inde. De vidste ikke, vi kom, men derefter var servicen superfin og maden var også spændene og fint anrettet og vinene var gode. Vi blev dog ikke helt mætte. Det var udenfor sæsonen, så det er sikkert hyggeligere, når der kommer flere turister.

Situato nel cuore delle campagne di Olmedo, offre un "rifugio" stesso dalla frenesia della vita quotidiana, permettendo ai visitatori di immergersi in un ambiente sereno e rigenerante. La struttura è accogliente e ben curata, con spazi pensati per i comfort dei visitatori senza però trascurare l'ambiente circostante.

Antonio was one of best guides we have ever had. Passionate about Alghero and its history. Full of fascinating information that really brought the city to life for us. We can’t recommend him more highly!

A truly fascinating experience learning about the complicated and risk-filled art of saffron cultivation (no wonder it is the most expensive spice in the world!) as well as a cheese making demonstration. At the end we had a picnic of the fresh cheese and saffron cured meats, which were excellent. The farm where we met was 20 minutes outside of Sassari and was truly a delightful glimpse into a small farm run by just a multi generational family. Wonderful experience.

Bellissima esperienza, la nostra guida (Paolo) era molto informata e ha saputo rispondere a tutte le nostre domande su fauna, flora e storia dell’isola :) mi è dispiaciuto non poter vedere il centro delle tartarughe, ma purtroppo è chiuso a periodi e questo non dipendeva dall’organizzazione del tour. Unico commento, sarei magari voluta rimanere sull’ Asinara un po’ più a lungo, ma è stata comunque una splendida esperienza
