RECIPE
Culurgiones are a typical Sardinian speciality, originating in Ogliastra. This traditional recipe encloses a filling of potatoes, pecorino cheese and mint in a fresh pasta, closed with the characteristic ‘spike’ shape.

- Workshop and explanation of the technique for closing the culurgiones into an ‘ear’ shape
