PROGRAMME
- You will be welcomed with a welcome breakfast or aperitif
- Pasta workshop: in a traditional Gallura ‘stazzu’ you will knead flour and water to make pasta shapes from different parts of Sardinia, listening to ancient stories and anecdotes
- Wine experience moving to the village's small wine cellar, you will learn about the traditional methods of making Sardinian wine, smell its aromas and taste its flavours
- Visit the exhibitions: you will observe rare gastronomic products and ancient work tools that belonged to and were used by our ancestors
- Lunch or dinner: you will taste various traditional Sardinian dishes, especially from Gallura, the longevity secret of the population
