In the territory of Oliena, in the heart of Sardinia and the Supramonte, you will participate in an adventurous trek and, immersed in the woods of holm oaks and mastic, you will cross the majestic canyon of Horojos, up to the cave of Sa Nurre de Su Hoda, also known as Voragine di Tiscali. Following the traces of the first explorers, you will wear a speleological helmet to enter safely inside a narrow tunnel in which our expert guide will explain the importance of natural cavities in the pastoral world, its many uses and will make you relive the story. The highlight will be to be able to admire how a single ray of sun will be able to penetrate the absolute darkness of the cave from a small cavity in the upper wall, giving a scenery that will leave you enchanted, managing to illuminate an underground environment up to 100 meters high. After the meeting with the guide, you will make a transfer on board of comfortable off-road vehicles on a short dirt road a few kilometers to the Valley of Lanaitto, environmental jewel nestled in the mountains of Supramonte, Place where the hike will start by about an hour.
Next, the visit of the cave of Sa Nurre de Su Hoda will last about an hour/ an hour and a half. The entrance tunnel to the cave has a length of about 20 meters and height of 1.20 meters, not suitable for people with difficulty in narrow spaces.
