You will take part in a guided tour that will be a real journey through the history and secrets of Sardinian pecorino and caprino cheeses and witness the different production phases: milk testing, different recipes, salting in brine tanks, aging and finally preparation, packaging and shipping. You will be involved in an artisanal cheesemaking workshop, with the opportunity to create cheese and eventually taste it. At the end of the tour you will have a tasting of the local products accompanied by a wine from the best wineries in Sardinia.

The cheese-making workshop is run by professionals who will explain the various steps and then guide you through the process, from coagulation to salting.
You can make your own cheese, taste it as soon as it is ready and take it home with you.
