In the company of Antonella, you will have a unique and fun experience with your hands in pasta, learning about old family traditions. She will tell you about the typical Sardinian types of pasta made of only semolina, water and salt, and reveal the family recipes. With her you will prepare malloreddus and fregula, she will teach you which sauces are best to combine them with, and at the end of the workshop you will taste these delicious dishes accompanied by a good glass of wine.

Antonella and Anna will guide you to a historic company dating back to 1857, organic and certified, which produces extra virgin olive oil of excellence.
You will learn how to knead and process the different pasta shapes typical of the Sardinian tradition.
During lunch, you will taste the genuine raw materials produced on the farm.
