This section describes the projects carried out with the support of public bodies and national and European funding programs, aimed at technological development, innovation and the strengthening of the tourism offering. The initiatives have particularly focused on the digitalization of processes, the creation of proprietary tools supporting local operators and the improvement of commercial accessibility of tourism experiences, with the goal of contributing to the competitive growth of the territory and its reference supply chain.

The DIVA project involved an integrated path of territorial development, digital innovation and enhancement of experiential tourism offerings. The initiative included the structuring of new products, the development of digital tools supporting operators and actions to strengthen visibility in target markets, contributing to the competitive growth of the local ecosystem.

The project involved the development of advanced digital tools to support platform suppliers, introducing AI based features to assist in content creation and optimization. The initiative strengthened the application infrastructure and improved digital management and distribution processes.
