PROGRAMME
- Reception and welcome: illustrative walk around the farm, where you will learn about many animal species in addition to the Sardinian sheep; llamas, alpacas, peacocks and many varieties of birds from all over the world.
- Workshop: the tour moves to the sheepfold, the heart of this experience. Shepherds will provide an introductory explanation on the traditional practice of milking and then begin the practical demonstration in which you will learn the difference between ancient and modern techniques. Those who wish can try their hand at milking and taste the freshly milked milk.
- Tasting: at the end of the experience you will taste a selection of typical local products.
