- Meeting in Orosei and departure by jeep towards the inland, along the scenic highlands between Orosei and Onifai.
- Stop at the archaeological sites of the Tombs of the Giants, or, depending on the season or preferences, a short walk through the woods
- Transfer to the Su Crastu area and meeting with the shepherd at the farmhouse
- Demonstration of cheese making or ta raditional cooking lesson
