You will learn the art of fresh Sardinian pasta making, creating malloreddus, ravioli and tagliatelle with your own hands, following traditions handed down from generation to generation.
During the workshop, you will hear interesting facts about Sardinian gastronomy, ancient recipes, and the deep connection between food and territory. Finally, you will taste the pasta prepared during the workshop accompanied by an aromatic glass of Cannonau or Vermentino from a small local vineyard. Live an authentic and convivial experience in the heart of Sardinia!
