Immerse yourself in the heart of the Sardinian culinary tradition with a private pasta workshop in Cagliari, an authentic experience designed for those who love cooking and want to learn about the history of the territory through its typical foods. Our guide will accompany your group inside a cozy home restaurant in the city center, where you will discover the secrets of homemade pasta, from simple basic ingredients to techniques that make Sardinian dishes unique.
The experience begins with the preparation of the basic dough and continues with the processing of two types of pasta typical of the Sardinian tradition: the culurgiones, ravioli stuffed with potatoes and cheese, with the famous ear-shaped closure, and the malloreddus, the gnocchi originally from Campidano, served with sausage and saffron sauce.
After shaping the pasta, you can taste your creations accompanied by local cheeses, traditional bread and a glass of Sardinian wine.
An activity that is more than a cooking class, it is a sensory and cultural journey into the traditions of Sardinia, ideal for those who want to live a practical and engaging experience discovering local gastronomy.
