With our expert guide, Rosa, the company's founder and producer, you will be immersed in the world of indigenous aromatic plants and learn to recognise and appreciate mountain thyme, wild fennel, myrtle, juniper and helichrysum, vegetable treasures of the island. You will share the secrets of their production, harvesting and processing, skilfully combining innovative techniques with respect for centuries-old traditions, and at the end you will participate in a guided tasting, where the intense flavours of chocolate and liqueurs blend harmoniously with the aromatic essences of the island.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to take home an unforgettable souvenir of these delicious products, to savour authentic and unique flavours again.
From June to September there is no chocolate tasting due to the high temperatures that do not allow chocolate to be processed
Liquor tasting is available from 18 years of age. Minors are served an artisanal herbal tea and chocolates without liqueur during the winter months
