In the splendid scenery of the Sarcidano woods, you will be guided by our expert truffle hunter and his loyal trained dogs in the search for this delicious mushroom. At the end of the search, you will enjoy a themed aperitif in the pleasant atmosphere of a traditional Sardinian pinnetto.
Don't miss this unique experience, which will take you to explore unspoilt natural landscapes and genuine flavours.
- Participants may be required to use their own car to make some necessary transfers
- The road is mainly unpaved, but in good condition
PROGRAMME
- Meeting with the guide and transfer to the forest
- Truffle search of approximately two hours
- Transfer to a traditional shed
- Lecture on the history and techniques of truffle hunting

The types of truffles vary depending on the season: from May to September the black truffle is harvested, while from November to March is the period for the white truffle.
