PROGRAM
- Meeting with the guide and transfer to the forest
- Truffle search lasting about two hours with lesson on the history and techniques of truffle hunting
- Arrival at a Pinnetto (ancient home of Sardinian shepherds) for tasting

- Visit to the laboratory
TRUFFLE
The types of truffle vary according to the season: from May to September the black truffle is harvested, while from November to March is the period for the white truffle.
TASTING
The tasting includes samples of home-made truffle creams paired with a local wine.
