- The route is 300 km long in total, with 6 main stages
- The programme may be subject to change due to adverse weather conditions, based on the guides' instructions and the availability of facilities
- Every morning, luggage will be delivered to the minivan driver who will accompany the group throughout the trip
- The experience is not suitable for children under 18 years of age
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The tour requires excellent physical fitness and health. Participants must be accustomed to cycling for several kilometres, spending the day in the saddle and riding on trails with elevation changes
- The pace of travel will be adapted to the general level of fitness of the group. Those who wish to interrupt the excursion and leave the group may do so at any time, organising their own return journey
- The times indicated and the stages along the route may be subject to change depending on the pace of the group or any logistical requirements
ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFERS
- Rooms are allocated based on the number of participants: if you are travelling alone, you can request a single room
- You can request a transfer service to and from Cagliari airport and an additional night's accommodation in Sant'Antioco or Cagliari. Both services are to be agreed with the guides and paid for on site
MEALS
- Lunch is always a packed lunch and is not included in the tour price: each participant must organise their own daily meal. We recommend choosing light, easily digestible foods so that you can continue the tour in the afternoon without difficulty
- We recommend bringing at least 2 litres of water with you to stay properly hydrated
during the stages - Dinner is always excluded from the tour price and is always free: participants can eat in restaurants or other local establishments, according to their personal preferences
