Would you like to experience the thrill of your first scuba dive in Sardinia? Dive for the first time in the crystal-clear waters of the Tavolara Marine Protected Area, more specifically among the shores of Isola Ruja, in northeastern Sardinia.  You'll depart from Puntaldia Marina aboard a comfortable dinghy, ready to explore the rich marine life of these blue waters. Guided by an experienced instructor, you will have the opportunity to dive in a fascinating and unique environment, ideal for lovers of the sea and discovery. After the dive, a refreshing snack awaits you, all surrounded by breathtaking scenery.  If you love the sea and want to try a new and unforgettable experience, don't miss it!
  • To ensure safety, it is essential to avoid flying (by plane or helicopter) or reaching high altitudes in the 12 hours before and after the dive
  • On arrival, you are required to complete and sign a form with your personal details and medical history, in compliance with privacy regulations
    ITINERARY
  • Navigating about 5 minutes in the Tavolara Protected Marine Area in the direction of Isola Ruja, information about the surrounding area and passing in front of Isola Ruja and the famous beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Salina Bamba and Baia Salinedda
  • Stop about 50 minutes in Isola Ruja
  • After a quick and entertaining 15-minute theory lesson, you will be able to breathe for the first time underwater in complete safety at an approximate depth of 4/5 metres
  • Snack on board and return to port

Inside the Diving Centre is a dedicated area where you can leave your belongings and a changing cabin. 2 women's and 2 men's toilets, with hot water showers, are available free of charge.
