In north-eastern Sardinia, in the territory of Santa Teresa di Gallura, you can experience a windsurfing lesson at Vignola Mare, in the municipality of Aglientu. Our expert instructor will first hold a theoretical lesson on the beach in which safety rules, winds and tides, and the correct positioning of the body on the board will be explained. Afterwards, you will be able to perform practical tests in the water to become familiar with the various components. You can share this experience with your family and friends, and approach this water sport with all the necessary equipment. On the beach you will have a theoretical lesson of about 40 minutes with a simulator. You will learn the necessary basic movements and be able to go into the water with the equipment. You will try to get on the board, stand up and start surfing, staying fairly close to the shore.
