Discover the authentic heart of Sardinia with a tour of an educational farm in the Burgos area.
Immerse yourself in Sardinian rural life where nature, culture and tradition intertwine in an authentic experience. This itinerary will guide you through unique places, populated by exotic and local animals, and will end with a tasting of genuine local products.
You will have the opportunity to take a fun guided tour of the farm and get to know many varieties of birds, goats and alpacas, in what is in effect a small zoo in the centre of Sardinia. Your hosts will also accompany you in the discovery of the territory through a faithful reproduction in miniature of the Goceano, and then offer you a generous final taste of typical products and wine, at zero kilometre!

IMPORTANT

In the vicinity of animals, it is essential to maintain a calm and respectful behavior, avoiding shouting or abrupt gestures, as they could easily become frightened. A peaceful attitude will help make them feel safe and comfortable.

VISITA TO THE FARM

After a warm welcome, your hosts will take you on a guided tour of the farm. Here, in addition to the main activities that take place on the farm, you will discover all the exotic varieties of animals that inhabit it and get a close look at the unique features of the territory.

  • Gallilandia: the little village of hens
  • Nuratide: the nuragic village of geese
  • Mini-Goceano: a scale reproduction of this fascinating mountainous area
     

TASTING

At the end of the visit, you will be welcomed into the farm building where a tasting of genuine local products will be offered, based on seasonal availability, such as cheese, sausage, fruit, vegetables, and bread accompanied by water and wine.
