Mount Tiscali, in the centre of Sardinia, holds a mysterious settlement that has always fascinated its visitors. Come and explore it, to reach its 516-metre peak on a trekking excursion to dominate the entire Lanaitto valley, nestled between the Supramonte mountains of Oliena and Dorgali, the gateway to the innermost areas of the Karst massif. The trail follows old shepherds' tracks and charcoal burners' mule tracks, amidst the rugged and unspoilt Supramonte, centuries-old junipers and majestic specimens of holm oak. Inside, amidst the lush vegetation, you will find a path carved out of what remains of the ancient cave, which will lead you to get to know and discover the remains of the archaeological settlement.
