Experience an exciting 4x4 Jeep excursion in north-eastern Sardinia in the territory of San Teodoro!
After a short journey you will reach the Stazzi Pitrisconi, ancient Gallura houses made of stones, from which our guide will accompany you to continue on foot. Along the way you will follow the river to reach the Natural Pools and waterfalls of the Rio Pitrisconi, where you can swim in the summer. The walk continues to visit the beginning of the Canyon and the granite tafoni, particular granite conformations created by the erosion of the weather, and then you will climb again aboard the 4x4 Jeep, to reach the lookout Pala di Monti, 615 meters above sea level, from which you can admire km of the coast of Gallura and the whole Marine Area of Tavolara, with its characteristic crystal clear sea where you can dream of snorkeling.
Before returning, a typical Sardinian aperitif will be served.

PROGRAM
- Introduction to the excursion by the guide, with the summary of the stages and general information
- Departure by 4x4 for 7 km, about 15 minutes by mountain road, to reach the Stazzi Pitrisconi
- Start of the guided walking trail, where the guide evaluates the general conditions of the group to get to the Canyon
- Trekking path of about 20 minutes round trip in the unspoilt nature divided into two parts: in the first part is very simple, while the second of medium difficulty where you walk on granite
- Arrival at the Natural Pools and waterfalls of the Rio Pitrisconi, in which in the summer you can make a stop for 30 minutes to swim
- Walk to the beginning of the Canyon
- Return by 4x4 to reach in about 10 minutes the lookout Pala di Monti
