Cagliari: mermaid experience in the Gulf of Angels

IMPORTANT

• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women and people with psychomotor disabilities.
• To participate, it is essential to be familiar with the water and to know how to swim.
• You must contact the guide after booking to communicate your shoe size for the fins.

PROGRAMME

• After the meeting with the guide, a briefing on the experience is carried out and you get acquainted with the equipment. 
• You gradually enter the water to get dressed, using a buoyancy tube suitable for both adults and children.
• The lesson takes place in shallow water, where the sea is usually calm and sheltered from the wind.
• You will learn the basic movements of sinuous swimming, such as backstroke or dolphin on the surface; for those with minimal aquatic experience, it is also possible to go underwater.
• At the end of the experience, you will share your feelings, both sporty and emotional, with your guide.
