- Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete and sign a form with your personal and medical history, in compliance with privacy legislation
ITINERARY
- Navigation of about 20 minutes in the Tavolara Marine Protected Area, illustration of the surrounding area and arrival at the southern part of the island
- During the navigation, the guides will give the first theoretical lesson on the dive profile, which varies in depth depending on the licence held, and will tell curiosities about the Marine Area
- Stop for about an hour and the first dive of about 40 minutes in the southern part of Tavolara
- Snack on board
- Navigation to Molara Island with second theory lesson on the diving profile
- Stop for about an hour and a second dive of about 40 minutes in the shallows of Molara (with a bit of luck, it will be possible to spot dolphins while sailing)
- Return to port
Dive sites may change depending on the weather conditions of the day.

Extra diving equipment can be hired at the Diving Centre, such as a diving computer and torch, wetsuit, sea scooter and apnea equipment.
DIVING CENTER
Inside the Diving Centre there is a dedicated area where you can leave your personal belongings and a changing cabin. There are 2 ladies' and 2 men's toilets, with hot water showers, for free use.
