Dinner features a typical Sardinian menu based on local products, available according to seasonality:
- appetisers of cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables from the garden
- a first course of pasta, depending on availability
- a second course of meat, depending on availability
- typical Sardinian desserts
- water, one litre of wine for every 4 people, coffee and liqueur
