The loop trail winds through lush holm oak forests mixed with typical Mediterranean scrub, including strawberry trees, Phillyrea, and myrtle.
Along ancient charcoal pits, you will venture into the great mountainous massif of southeastern Sardinia, where the highest peak, Punta Sa Ceraxa, rises to 1,016 meters above sea level.
