Immerse yourself in the Sarcidano woods and discover the pleasure of a walk in the wild nature of central Sardinia, near the picturesque town of Isili.
Accompanied by an expert local guide specialized in mycology, you will cross landscapes of oaks, oaks and wild vegetation, learning to recognize wild plants, their habitats and their possible uses in daily life. The path will change with the seasons: in winter you can learn more about the world of mushrooms, discovering how to distinguish edible species from poisonous ones and what rules to respect for responsible harvesting. In spring and summer, however, you will observe herbs and plants typical of the period, learning their respective characteristics and uses in the kitchen.
At the end of the walk, a lunch based on seasonal and local products will await you: we will stop for a picnic in the woods or, we will move to the farmhouse, allowing ourselves a moment of conviviality in the quiet of the countryside.

- The route taken during the walk is straightforward, ranging in length from 2 to 5 km, depending on the season, the weather and the plants collected.
- The likelihood of finding mushrooms depends on the weather conditions and the moisture content of the soil. In the event of low rainfall, it may not be possible to find or collect any.
- The mushrooms served during the meal are not always those collected during the walk.
- Lunch: takes the form of a picnic in the woods on Fridays and Saturdays, with the option of lighting a small bonfire (in the winter months only); on Sundays, however, lunch is served directly at the farm stay near the woods.
