The most authentic experience I’ve ever had! Simonetta is a wonderfully informative host who makes you feel right at home and gets right to work at teaching you all of the authentic and organic techniques at making traditional Sardinian pasta. Several pastas! We toured her wine cellar and learned about her wines. And lastly we were treated to the most amazing lunch (and wine) - all organic and fresh. Delicious, amazing, and SO MUCH FUN!

This activity was one of the highlights of our Sardinian trip. Simonetta was incredibly accommodating. She adjusted our time so we could do the entire tour and make it to our boat excursion on time as well. She is kind, knowledgable about pasta and the Sardinian way of life. You can feel the love in her home. The lunch we had was delicious and she even sent us with to go containers for our boat. She also sent us recommendations for our time in Olbia. Highly recommend!

We learned about her family, culture, and the secrets to a long life, all while learning how to make pasta. I couldn’t recommend this pasta workshop enough! It was an amazing experience and I enjoyed every second of it, Simonetta is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, and explained everything so well. She showed us how to shape several types of pasta. The food was all delicious, and so nicely prepared. Simonetta showed us her little wine cellar and we got to taste some of the wine with our meal. Schon bei der Ankunft habe ich mich in das antike Häuschen verliebt. Wir erhielten eine kleine Exkursion in das typische sardische Leben. Während des Workshops kneteten wir an einem langen Tisch den Teig und bekamen interessante Nudelformen gezeigt. Bei klassischer Musik im Hintergrund hatte das Ganze etwas entspanntes und ruhiges. Am Ende saßen wir draußen an einem reichlich gedeckten Tisch, plauderten und genossen unsere selbst gemachten Nudeln. Ich kann den Event sehr empfehlen. Toll gemach!

La lezione di cucina è stata meravigliosa. La host era preparata e ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ben accetti. La casa antica è un piccolo tesoro, con le porcellane e i mobili antichi. La cena è stata squisita e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Divertite e mangiato tanto. Da migliorare un pò l'inglese, ma per il resto stupendo.
