Want to learn how to surf in one of Sardinia's most fascinating locations? With this 7-day Surf Camp in Buggerru, on the beautiful south-western coast, you can enjoy a unique experience combining waves, sport and nature. The programme includes a complete surfing course with certified instructors, ideal for both beginners and those who want to improve their technique. The training course includes theoretical and practical lessons: you will start with the basics of the discipline, from balance to the correct position on the board, up to the first manoeuvres in the water. From the second day onwards, the course will be tailored to your abilities, ensuring fast, safe and personalised learning. Each session takes place in the clear waters off the coast of Buggerru, one of the most popular destinations for surfers thanks to its perfect spots and breathtaking natural surroundings. Don't miss the opportunity to experience not only surfing, but also an experience full of sharing and fun!
  • The surf camp lasts 7 days, from Saturday to the following Saturday
  • The price of the week-long surf camp is per person with accommodation in a quadruple room
  • The facility has 2 double rooms, 1 triple room and 2 quadruple rooms. If you wish to stay in a room other than a quadruple room, there will be an additional charge
  • Children aged 14 and over are allowed to participate if accompanied by at least one parent

SURF COURSE

  • The course includes 8 hours of lessons (4 lessons) in the water during high season and 12 hours of lessons (6 lessons) during low season
  • During the two-hour daily lessons, students will be taught according to their surfing level
  • After a short theory lesson, there will be a practical lesson in the water

EQUIPMENT

The rental of the following equipment is included (during the course):

  • Wetsuit
  • Surfboard

INSTRUCTOR

The instructor who will be teaching the courses began competing in 1998 and became an instructor in 2000, training with Peter Cook and Marco Sconde. He has worked in schools in Fuerteventura and Lanzarote and is now a Level 2 ISA instructor with in-depth knowledge of south-western Sardinia.

SURF HOUSE

The Surf House is located in the centre of Buggerru, a former mining village situated between Capo Pecora and the fine sandy beaches of Portixeddu and San Nicoló. The small harbour is overlooked by the exit of the Henry Tunnel, which was once used to transport minerals extracted from the nearby mine. The structure, which houses a real surf school, has spacious rooms with a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, such as the TV room and the garden.

DINNER

There is no shared kitchen, but there is the option of a dinner package from Sunday to Thursday (the kitchen is closed on Fridays and Saturdays). Dinners can be added after booking by contacting the number indicated on the voucher. A minimum of 5 dinners must be booked.
