Immerse yourself in the gastronomic tradition of Sardinia with a Sardinian cooking workshop in a scenic vineyard in the Palau countryside. An engaging activity that will let you discover ancient flavors, handed down from generation to generation, and will enrich your holidays.
Our guide will follow you step by step, from processing the dough to the creation of the various formats. The workshop will be enriched by the preparation of two even more special dishes for Sardinian gastronomic history: Seada, the most popular traditional dessert based on fried pasta, cheese and honey; and carapigna, a refreshing traditional granita. At the end of the workshop, there will be a convivial tasting with the products prepared during the activity, accompanied by a selection of wines from our cellar.
Savor every moment of this activity in a spectacular location with a sea view and bring with you the authentic flavors of Sardinia!
