In the rugged and at the same time magnificent territory of Supramonte, in central eastern Sardinia, you can enjoy an authentic canyoning excursion near the village of Urzulei. An expert guide will accompany you in the path inside the Donini Cave, between pools and underground ponds in which you will enter. It is an articulated canyoning, in which water will be the protagonist: you will spend a lot of time swimming, walking and diving in the light of the torch, proceeding along narrow corridors smoothed by the erosive action of emerald waters, without forgetting the numerous abseils. A fascinating and challenging experience from a physical, mental and technical point of view that will require dexterity and skills. Speleology and canyoning come together to offer a unique experience in Sardinia. You will follow a torrent in its underground development and, thanks to the light cone of your torch, you will get an idea of this world forbidden to human life. Then, suddenly, here is the gleaming crack of light that announces the exit. It looks like a mirage and in fact... Is it really the exit? If you think that wonder and wonder no longer belong to you, the Donini Cave will force you to reconsider.

Requirements: to know how to swim and not to suffer from physical or mental conditions that prevent or discourage the practice of this activity.
The technical skills required are high and the physical commitment is intense. The excursion is not available for beginners: participants must have already faced other canyons and not suffer from claustrophobia
