RENTAL CONDITIONS

• The lessee may withdraw from the contract, but after the expiration of 15 days from the signing of the contract loses the right to refund of the sums paid by him; the lessee, on the other hand, loses the right to withdraw from the contract from the sixtieth day before the beginning of the lease, and the owner from that time, in case of a subsequent declaration of the lessee not being able to use the boat, will always be entitled to 100% of the rate. In case of interruption of the operation of the boat by request or because of the tenant, he will not be entitled to any refund; the non-use of the boat during the period provided, does not entitle the tenant to any refund.
• The owner who, for damage or any other reason independent of his will, cannot deliver the boat contracted, will still have the possibility to deliver other similar characteristics within three days, with the obligation to reimburse to the lessee the only portion of the daily life not enjoyed. If the delay persists, it will be the tenant’s right to request the termination of the contract and the corresponding reimbursement of any tariff paid plus interest at the rate of law, but without the right to any other form of compensation.
• Extras and deposit must be paid to the base in cash or by credit card (Visa or Master Card) or check.
• All boats are insured for Civil Liability (rental and rental) and full risk RAS with deductible amount equal to the deposit. The insurance does not cover damage to the sails, except as a result of the broken mast. The Company is assured on non-delivery of the boat, if severely damaged in the previous rental. In the case of regattas or sailing events, supplementary insurance must be taken out.
• The deposit is equal to the deductible of the insurance, which is retained by credit card to cover any damages.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in on Saturday at 6:00 pm, check-out on Saturday at 8:00 am. Return to port: before 6:00 pm on the day before disembarkation, with diesel fuel made. The request for check-in and out at different times includes a surcharge. Operations prior to embarkation, to be repeated at the time of disembarkation and lasting about an hour, are the inventory and technical assistance. It is possible to disembark without check-out, upon maintenance of the deposit, which in any case will be returned one week after disembarkation, to cover any hidden damages and fines.

DOCUMENTS

You need: copy of the boat license and RTF certificate, rental agreement, crew list, details of flights for transfer and request for extras, to be sent to support@escursi.com within 30 days of boarding.

For the extra cost of 250 € to be paid on site, you can make the departure from the port of Cagliari.

CAGLIARI

Once in Cagliari, city tour: reach the walls of Castello and look out for a sunset not to be missed: on one side the sea on the other the salt pans, the Pond of Molentargius with pink flamingos. For dinner fresh fish in the many trattorias and restaurants of the city, after dinner a walk on the Lungomare del Poetto.

POETTO

Cagliari beach. Eight kilometers of white sand and crystal clear sea, dominated by the promontory of the Sella del Diavolo.

MARINA DI CAPITANA

The territory of Capitana is characterized by small but beautiful beaches. The hamlet is served by all the main services.

MARE PINTAU

Unmissable and beautiful cove, characterized by sandy bottom, crystal clear water and a contrast of colors and shades. With the tender you can reach the limits of the cobbled beach for a supply to the local bar.

TORRE DELLE STELLE

The village is located on a promontory along the coastal road that leads from Cagliari to Villasimius, in the south-east of Sardinia. It has two beautiful beaches of fine white sand, Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa, the waters are of medium depth and the sea of a blue-green with a thousand shades.

CAPO CARBONARA

Several tourist resorts: Villasimius with the beach, Punta Santo Stefano, the beach of Is traias, the beautiful beach of Porto Giunco, the Pond of Notteri with pink flamingos, the Tower of Porto Giunco.

ISOLA DEI CAVOLI 

It is a small granite island, included in the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara and surmounted by an imposing lighthouse.

VILLASIMIUS

Must-visit tourist destination. Beaches, nightlife, good food, hiking in the mountainous hinterland and numerous land and sea sports

Tourist settlement of primary importance and recent formation, all overlooking an enchanting and unspoiled coastline that offers guests Caribbean scenery made of crystal clear sea and white sand.

WEATHER

The climate, typically Mediterranean and low rainfall. The entire southern coast is open also to the winds of the II and III quadrant, but it is frequent to come across also the mistral and west that, if of sustained intensity, make the navigation challenging and suitable for experienced crews.
