You will be able to live a full day at the Su Connotu agritourism, in Sorgono, in the Nuoro area, the exact center of Sardinia. You will follow the activities that take place between the earth and the kitchen. In particular, the collection and preparation of the typical dish of the area: the Lampatzu soup, obtained by processing wild romice, a plant that grows wild throughout the Mandrolisai territory. You will accompany the children of the agritourism in the harvest of the romice among the hills that surround the company and you will help in the preparation of the dish. Finally you can enjoy the soup in company in front of a glass of Mandrolisai red wine!
