IMPORTANT

Near the sheepfold there is a small bathroom with toilet and sink (there is no electricity, so you need to bring a torch that is also made available by the shepherd if necessary).

The road to the refuge is a dirt road, paved in places, but a 4x4 vehicle is not necessary.

TYPICAL DINNER

The typical Sardinian dinner will be prepared with local products: hors d'oeuvres based on cold cuts, goat’s cheese and Casadina (typical savory cake with fresh cheese and mint), second course based on roast pork (in case a minimum number of 6 people attended the dinner) or goat skewers, seasonal vegetables, fruit, sweet, water, wine and coffee.

There are alternatives for celiacs and for those with intolerances but it will be necessary to contact the telephone number on the booking voucher at least one day in advance

The cuiles are ancient shelters of Sardinian shepherds. Before dinner, accompanied by the local shepherd who still works in this area, you will visit these ancient places immersing yourself in history and nature
