The location of the experience varies depending on the season:
During the approximately two-hour experience, the guide will illustrate the preparation of gnocchi, typical traditional Sardinian pasta called maharrones a poddi'e.
Lunch, lasting about two hours, will be based on: an appetizer with seasonal vegetables and cheeses, first course of gnocchi prepared during the laboratory of handmade pasta, seasoned with tomato sauce and pecorino cheese, bread, wine, water, fruit and coffee.
