Tenuta Olianas produces organic wines with native vines of: Vermentino, Cannonau, Bovale, obtained following an ethical agriculture, respectful of the rhythms of nature and biodiversity, which prohibits the use of herbicides or synthetic products for plant protection purposes. For the vinification are also used terracotta amphorae, from which are obtained elegant and defined wines, strongly linked to the history of this land
The tasting on the panoramic terrace includes: four wines and local EVO oil, accompanied by selected typical products
