The panada is a real jewel of the culinary tradition of Sardinia; participates in this workshop experience in Cuglieri, on a farm. You will learn to make the favorite food of the inhabitants of Cuglieri, inevitable on festive occasions. Each family has its own personal recipe and you will discover a very old one, which has been passed down for generations. You will discover a tasty, rich and genuine dish created only with local raw materials. There will be a visit to the farm to have fun and relax and, finally, a nice tasting of... panada, of course!
