The excursion in the gorge of Gorropu is certainly one of the most famous, interesting and spectacular itineraries of the entire Supramonte, in the most inland and primitive Sardinia. An imposing karst phenomenon originating from millenary movements of the earth that joined to the erosive action of the waters, have given birth to high walls that depth for 500 m. With this trekking excursion you will follow the path, surrounded by a typically Mediterranean environment with rare large trees, to get to the entrance of the gorge.
