Description

In north-eastern Sardinia, in the territory of Santa Teresa di Gallura, you can enjoy a windsurfing lesson in Vignola Mare, in the municipality of Aglientu. Our experienced instructor will first give a theoretical lesson at the beach in which the safety regulations, winds and tides will be explained, as well as the correct positioning of the body on the board. Then you can perform practical tests in water, to become familiar with the various components. You can share this experience with your family and friends, and get close to this water sport with all the necessary equipment. Windsurfing is a sport activity that consists in moving on the water on a board thanks mainly to the action of the wind on a sail, which is mounted on a tree fixed to the table by a universal joint.
After a theoretical lesson at the beach of about 40 minutes with the simulator, you will learn the necessary movements and you can go in the water with the equipment. You’ll try to get on the board, stand up and start surfing, staying close enough to the shore or even inside the launch channel.
The experience is subject to marine weather conditions
