Sa Spendula literally means 'waterfall' and is a fantastic leap in the Coxinas Torrent, located before the Campidano plain in southern Sardinia. Here you will take an exciting Canyoning route! This discipline includes dives, descents, toboggans and short climbs, all seasoned with lots of healthy fun! After a short path, you will arrive directly inside the Canyon; over the years the unceasing flow of water has dug and shaped to create a path full of waterfalls of various heights that end in natural pools. The surrounding environment consists of a granite amphitheater that will leave you speechless. This intense and exciting excursion is certainly a different and adventurous way to experience the wild nature of the island.
Canyoning consists in going through narrow gorges (canyons or ravines) crossed by water or dry, with the help of ropes and harnesses. The obstacles consist of waterfalls, rock jumps, slides, flooded corridors and ponds, which can be overcome by rope techniques (descents or cableways) or by diving, where possible. It is important to clarify that the backward progression is impossible and the exit from the canyon only takes place at its end or at loopholes (if any)
