IMPORTANT

• This experience is not suitable for those not used to walking in the mountains, pregnant women or those with any kind of reduced mobility. Children can participate if they are already used to hiking.
• The meeting point with the guide, which can be found on the map, is inside the village. From there you will drive to the start of the trail, which is approximately 30 minutes away. Cars can be left in a large space adjacent to the trailhead.
• During the trekking route, it will be difficult to have a connection for one's mobile phone.
• Dogs are allowed if brought with a muzzle and leash, if they are small dogs a leash is sufficient.

ITINERARY

The hike covers a distance of about 10 km with passages on granite rock, vegetation and a stony path that presents slight technical difficulties in some passages due to the crossing of the river and the uphill and downhill gradients.
You will enter the holm oak forest passing through the valley where you will admire species such as strawberry trees, heather, junipers, cistus, cork oaks, oleanders, mosses and lichens, until you reach the upper part of Oridda from where you can admire the waterfall from above. You will then descend to the spectacular canyon with its many natural pools and their shape. On the return journey you will walk back along the same path.
The walk will be done at a pace that allows you to admire and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings.

TASTING

A mini-tasting of local cured meats and cheeses with Sardinian civraxiu bread will be served at the end of the trek.

PICNIC WITH EXCLUSIVE BOOKING

In the case of an exclusive booking, the guide will set up a picnic with cushions and mats where the mini-tasting will be offered.
